In addition to making the directory, you also need to set the permissions
properly. Itools does this for you in the aliases control screen.
Go to the virtual host's controls and click on the "aliases" button at the
top, you can add an alias that reads the same on the left and right sides:
/IFPro/cgi-bin/ /IFPro/cgi-bin/
And check the box in the center to enable scripts to run. When you click the
"save" button, iTools will change the permissions of the directory and add
this path to the http.conf file to enable scripts to run.
In addition, you'll need to manually change the permissions of the script
files.
