I believe that all certificates now sold through thawte are at least 128 bit capable. previously you had to be in the US to get a 128 bit cert (i said "was" in the previous e-mail, but this may have been too subtle). These _were_ referred to as domestic certs. Assuming you have had to update your cert in the last few years, it should support 128 bit.
