You can try calling up support and asking them to resolve the issue. But,
we've had our best luck by having the customers phone tech support and
complain that they can't get their work done. If they complain loud enough,
they'll do something about it.

They've been known to ignore REFRESH settings, so it probably won't update
soon enough for your convenience without direct intervention by someone.
