I found the problem at the Logging settings paths.. i just clear the path and voila!!!

From the admin server main page, there is a button to the cache. This is where it should be enabled and disabled. It is normally started when apache starts, but if there is a problem, it can be disabled in the cache settings .

How can i start the Object cache??? At the server Controls it shows unavailable, but there is not a button to starting up ...
