This is normally a permissions error as the installer wants to add
usr/library & system directories. Try this to fix ..

Sudo chown root:ftpguest /library/webserver/websites

Then

Sudo chmod 775 /library/webserver/websites

Then try to add the ftp access/users.

There is something in the archives about this ..
http://itools.blackpepper.co.nz search for 'qtss port 80' and choose all
words .. This will give you all the results..

As far as I know you cant server websites on port 80 and stream QTSS on that
port as well .. They need to be on separate IP addresses .. Osx 10.1.2 fixed
a lot of problems with multihoming IP addresses so all should be good ??
