Certificate Signing Request question

All,

Does anyone know if the Certificate Signing Requests generated by iTools are
specific to a single IP address?

The intent is to generated a request, get the certificate, put it on the
machine that generated the request, then later move it and the site to
another machine. Or to assign a different IP address to that machine.

Is that possible?

Or are digital ID's IP address specific?
