We've been running SMTP on the same server as Apache for 6 years.  (Admittedly 
not iTools all that time, but...)  Unix is good at this stuff.  Apache and SMTP 
get along great.

Of course, if you start getting a bazillion hits to your website or start 
shoving a million e-mails thru every day, then split them apart.  But for 
light-to-moderate loads, they'll do fine on the same server.
