iTools
The only real benefit for OSXS is if you are going to have it share local
users. If its strictly a web server use the client and save yourself a
bundle.
There are limited options for serving mail and iTools together. Tenon would
be able to help you with that. If your only serving 7-10 sites you're
probably OK sharing it with a mail server. I know iTools comes "bundled"
with something but we've never used it.
Your iMac should work fine for this application.
