Go for it.  You won't be disappointed.  We use iTools 6 on OSX (client) and
it runs and runs without any issues.  Make sure you have at least 256mb of
RAM and more if the machine can handle it.  We use 1-2 gbs of RAM in all our
servers.

Not sure if you're running your mail server on the same box as WebStar, but
you should (most likely will have too) consider separating the two.  Under
iTools you will be running Apache.  If you are running a mail server such as
EIMS you will not be able to run the two on the same server.

Other than that, you shouldn't have any issues at all.  Just clean, trouble
free serving.  Can't say enough about the folks at Tenon.  They have
probably the best support I've ever seen.
