recommended versions to install?

Later today I'm doing a clean OS X and iTools install on a G3/266 so 
that I can finally migrate from WebTen 3.

I care most about stability and having the fewest number of admin 
issues since the server is collocated and it's a pain to drive over 
and sit in front of it to make major changes.

I'd love to get some offlist recommendations (please send to 
tenon@xxxxxxxxxxx) on which combinations of Mac OS X and Tenon iTools 
are most proven for the fewest headaches (e.g., how is OS X 10.1.2 
with iTools 6.5 compared to OS X 10.1.3 with iTools 6.5.1). Your 
input would really help.
