Timbuktu uses tcp port 407.

I have typed 127.0.0.1 as my DNS server, and used iTools to set up Bind.
When doing nslookups I get the right answers to my questions. (Yes I have
tried to edit the zone files by hand, and with Webmin, but after installing
iTools I tried to setup aliases that I had never used before and they point
to the right ip address, so I must be using iTools bind.

Yes that was my first intention when I downloaded iTools, but after playing
aorund with it I really appreciated it's other features so now I want to use
iTools to configure Apache and ftp. I thought Bind was configured correctly
since nslookups seem right, and Apple's mail server stopped complaining it
was not configured for local mail delivery. So I went ahead and installed
Communigate pro (which also seems to accept iTools Bind configuration) and
wanted to keep configuring the server using iTools, but since I am not able
to access iTools admin pages I can not use it. If you can help me get things
right using ssh I really would appreciate it.

This I did before I left my server and every thing worked. No I am on a
different location so I can only access the server via ssh. Ps aux shows
this:
root 423 0.0 0.9 4804 2376 ?? Ss 1:02.67 named -b
/etc/named/
There are a few notes in system.log regarding Bind that in my eyes look like
errors but I am not sure (the cpu usage seems too high for example):
