Moving SSL from Webten to Itools

I checked the documentation and saw what goes where when creating a new SSL, but not for the migration from Webten. I would venture to guess from what I read that I could simply move my exported key and files into the appropriate locations, but I wanted to check before I gummed things up.

Here's where I am. I have an exported ssl folder from webten 3.04.

- Do I rename these files in anyway from the same ip address? I am keeping the same ip address for the site, but can change that if I no longer need to differentiate the ssl certificates by ip number.
- Do I import or manually place these exported files OR do I create an SSL certificate and then replace some or all the files?
- Last cheesy question since I am not going to look it up since it's the same thread, On Itools, do I need to create a second site to serve the ssl like I did on webten?

Thanks for the help!
