Sendmail Error- RunAsUser: unknown user smmsp

Last night I upgraded from 10.1.4 (client) and iTools 6.5.2 and am now
getting errors when sending mail.

1. Installed Apple security, Network, 10.1.5 Update.
2. Ran the iTools 6.5.4 Core Software Installer

My PHP 'Configure Command' options had changed from the default iTools
options so:

3. Ran iTools PHP4-4.2.1.pkg

Did a reboot (just to make myself feel better) and all sites functioned
normally. Except now, I get the following error whenever a script attempts
to send mail.

/etc/mail/submit.cf: line 416: readcf: option RunAsUser: unknown user smmsp
Jul 24 21:17:29 www sendmail[10404]: NOQUEUE: SYSERR(www):
/etc/mail/submit.cf: line 435: readcf: option TrustedUser: unknown user
smmsp

Any idea how to fix this?
