I Think this problem occurs when you change the password in the ftp-users tab! Didn't know about the "set admin password" feature - oh this can only be done on the machine. You cant do this from remote or is there a chance?

Info: the user on the machine is called admin and there is the itools user with
the same name. Maybe this is the problem.

Using the "Set Admin Password" feature in the iTools application should
set the password from whatever it was to the current value.  We have never
seen a situation where this feature did not work.
