Error after adding virtual host

Can someone help me out with this.. This is the message I get after I added
a virtual host through /iTools_admin/

Apache is running and the network is not down.

Everything was working fine until I added a virtual host.  Now this appears
whenever I try to hit the server.  I took out the <virtaul host> in the
httpd.conf but I still get the same error...

Any ideas?
