Real-time SPAM Detection w/Tenon WEBmail

EMUmail 4.5 provides an Options checkbox which allows each user to 
toggle "Use Real-time SPAM Detection". The EMUmail documentation 
refers to this feature only in an options.html parameter on page 49 
in the '5.3 Form Elements' lists as a key:value pair 
real_time_spam:$real_time_spam for the checkbox. No other references 
could I find.

Can someone tell me where I view/edit the RBL references we use to 
support this feature? I checked site.emu and conf.emu files. There 
were no references to real_time_spam there.
