Hi all
I am trying to use Squid as a proxy and not as a
cache. I mean I would like to allow only our own Faculty to reach some
services in the internet that are ip-number control based. Therefore
by allowing them, and noone else, to get the ip-number of my iTools
server, I would be able to let them access those services. I have read
Tenon's guide "Using Squid Proxy
Services with iTools", but it seems that if I deny
access to all except my faculty I do deny also access to our own site
hosted in the same server. How can I solve this problem? My decision
of acquiring Itools depends on that. Webserver, ftp and proxy in one
machine.
