Hi again,
        Thanks Erik, I do know of the problem, that's why I asked & I have
a complete drive mirrored for just such an event.
        However, would it be possible for Tenon to either:
a: give us a list of the config files & their locations for iTools or
b: give us a utility which would back those files up prior to the update to
10.2
