Your system memory and swap space are full. Reboot the
server, and use the Finder to check
your harddisk (Command-i), if it's full then you need to do some
clean up. Hope this helps.

I have had one of my webservers continue
crashing...
it will no longer let you connect to it,
port 80... the admin or even ssh.
I checked the system log and it shows
this.
mach_kernel: (default pager):
[KERNEL]: no space in available paging
segments; swapon suggested
Any Ideas?
