I also have this error in the system.log also

 vhost mach_kernel: ADPT7860SCSIController::indicateSGNeeded: looking for
page 2


Its obvious that its something to do with the adaptec scsi controller
although...
Why? and what??

I have had one of my webservers continue crashing...

it will no longer let you connect to it, port 80... the admin or even ssh.

I checked the system log and it shows this.

 mach_kernel: (default pager): [KERNEL]: no space in available paging
segments; swapon suggested

Any Ideas?
