This is actually a unix error. There are two possible
scenario that this error could happen in iTools.
First, You might have program (like DBI/MySQL connection) that
tries to use out going
port other than port 80, but you have firewall filtered that
port.
Second, you might have a bad PHP installation, remove the package
and see if the
problem still occurs.
