Marconi,

We created a document similar to what you describe for iTools 5.x.  We are
in the process of updating it for iTools 6.x.

The main change is that /Library/WebServer is used instead of
/Local/Library/WebServer.

You may have other suggestions.  We would be interested in hearing them.
