It's an Alias (/server-status/) in the 'global' part of the Apache config.
So, you can access it via:

http://[any-IP-or-domain-that-itools-listens-on]/server-status

FYI: There is a /server-info/ page too.

Both will challenge for a username/password, as they are 
Realm-protected directories.  Any user in the 'itools-admin' group 
will be authenticated (eg: your "iTools Admin User").  Also, FYI: 
both are generated by Apache & are part of it's usual package.
