SSL & ZendOptimizer Errors

Hi,

Trying to get my re-issued SSL Cert working but it keeps killing the sever
dead with:

Failed loading /usr/local/Zend/lib/ZendOptimizer.so:  (null)
[Thu Apr 24 14:29:49 2003] [error] mod_ssl: Init: Unable to read server
certificate from file /usr/local/ssl/certs/secure.omnimac.com.au.crt
(OpenSSL library error follows)
[Thu Apr 24 14:29:49 2003] [error] OpenSSL: error:0D09F007:asn1 encoding
routines:d2i_X509:expecting an asn1 sequence

It is a Thawte Certificate and have been in touch with their tech support
with no luck. They suggest it is a mismatched key/cert

I have checked the paths at the machine in Admin and they are loaded and
appear correct.

Remove the tick from the SSL box in the virtual domain and the Webserver
automatically fires back up.

ZendOptimizer is added as part of eShox I gather, if it is compliant with
iTools (and sold by Tenon) why the error?

Any other ideas??
