Belive problem was found squid do not start because Cannot open HTTP Port

Hello!

Can anyone help me,  squid do not start because Cannot open HTTP Port!
Where is squid und how can i restart it?


Apr 23 03:24:41 localhost last message repeated 2 times
Apr 23 03:24:42 localhost /usr/local/squid/bin/squid: Cannot open HTTP Port
Apr 23 03:25:13 localhost last message repeated 31 times
Apr 23 03:26:12 localhost last message repeated 59 times
