iTools 7 Sendmail & Spam filtering

Hi again,
	Just wondering if any of those now running iTools 7 with the 
built-in sendmail have had any success installing spam filtering 
software to cut down the inbound spam. It's getting a bit out of hand 
at the moment & I'd like to cut it off before it reaches my users.
