It seems like you have cache turn off, but disk_cache or memory cache turned on.

Please go to Cache Settings and disable both disk_cache and memory cache.

remove .DSStore from /Library/Tenon/WebServer/Configurations/vhosts and edit

vhosts.conf to remove .DSStore from the file then that should solve the problems.
