php

Just got itools 7 installed and the php doesn't seem to be parsing the
pages.?
In the admin mysql is loaded  ( I installed the php4.3.1 form tenon)
When I go to view the phpmyadmin in the admin it shows the code and not the
admin page.
Giving me the impression that php is not loaded correctly.?

Reccomendations?
