Recommended DNS Books?

Subject: Recommended DNS Books?

I'm looking for a good DNS book written for the complete idiot - namely me
<<grin>>. I'm finally developing the nerve to enable DNS on my iTools server.
I've created my primary zones for each of my virtual host domains because I've
added some aliases to my server for those domains that I don't want to have to
bug my ISP about adding to their DNS servers. But I'm also trying to get
information on how I can also use it as a cache server so I can somehow retrieve
DNS entries from the rest of the internet (through my ISP's DNS server?) so I
don't have to access the area outside of my own network for host to IP address
resolution as often.

Secondary zones are a mystery to me (a mirror of my primary zone for failover
purposes?) as are zone transfers.

Any suggestions or assistance is appreciated.
