After upgrade vom itools6.5.7 to itools 7 problems mysql

Hello!

After the upgrade i have a problem with mysql from itools6.5.7
The installer for itool7 is unabel to install

What is there the problem, should i take the mysql 3 or mysql 4=3F

And what is the problme that it did not go=3F
