Hi,

The User Directory should be set to /Users/rrr instead of /Users/rrr/Sites
~ gives Apache the indication to look for "Sites" directory under the 
user's home directory.

Therefore, you just need to modify the users' home directory to 
/Users/username in iTools User
management, then they will work fine.  If the user is not in iTools 
Management now, you can
just add them back, and adjust the home directory.  iTools should 
pick up the new values and
set them correctly.
