Hi Eric,

Thanks for your response. The existing sites still work fine.

When I type 'finger rrr' I get this:

[hudson:~] willow% finger rrr
Login: rrr Name: rrr
Directory: /Users/rrr/Sites/ Shell: /bin/tcsh
Never logged in.
No Plan.
[hudson:~] willow%

How many ~ users are on your test machine? We have 32. Perhaps there is a
limit on the number or a bug when you add beyond a certain number of users
that doesn't show up in a test environment?

I just created a new account 'ttt', the homepage is at:
http://www.dbmscan.com/~ttt

This has the basic OSX homepage and is accessible. (see for yourself!;)

Now I create another account 'uuu' it is accessible at
http://www.dbmscan.com/~uuu

Then I go into iTools 7, click Users Settings, type 'uuu' in the Name field,
the password in the password field, the path /Users/uuu/Sites in the User
Home Directory Field and then click Apply. When I access the
http://www.dbmscan.com/~uuu site after then (clicking refresh on the
browser) I get:

Not Found

The requested URL /~uuu was not found on this server.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Apache/2.0.45 (iTools 7/Mac OS X) DAV/2 PHP/4.3.1 mod_ssl/2.0.45
OpenSSL/0.9.6e Server at www.dbmscan.com Port 80

[Note this page was working fine before this -- and when I remove the iTools
user, the problem persists]

So iTools 7 is setting something incorrectly that makes the ~ redirect go
awry for this account.

I am not sure where to start debugging this one. I have followed the steps
above 4 times and each time a site is accessible until I attempt to create
an iTools user.

Help! TIA,

-Rob
