FTP abuse

Hi folks -

Running iTools 6.5.7 for the moment.

I just noticed some recently uploaded files in my anonymous incoming 
directory that were obviously there to be abused by others. I've 
turned off anonymous FTP for the moment, but I'd like to make it 
available for download only. Can anyone provide some info on the 
ownership, permissions, etc. to keep that from happening? I suspect I 
screwed something up over the years and am seeing the results now.
