Hello Blaine,

I have also updated to 10.2.6 from 10.2.5 on a machine running 
iTools7.  I did not have to reinstall iTools 7 either, and after the 
reboot, the webserver, mailserver, admin server, ftp server and dns 
server restarted automatically.
 From what I read, the 10.2.6 update affects address book, graphics, 
printing, OpenGL, PC Card and USB hub device applications, so I doubt 
that much, if anything on the webserver side was changed.
