logroller.sh

I had the logroller.sh script fail to restart apache last month.

I would like to pipe the output of the script to an e-mail 
notification via cron to monitor it tonight.  I know how to add a 
simple e-mail at the end of the script but I can't recall how to 
modify my crontab file to simply echo the script output to an e-mail 
address of my choosing.
