Yes, Sue fixed it. Seems that, although the cache was turned off on the Server
Controls web admin page, it was still indicated ON on the Cache page.
/Library/WebServer/tenon/apache/conf/tenon.conf was somehow un-synched with
wherever else the cache setting is stored.
