cache.log fills drive!

What's wrong with the Squid cache on my OSXS, iTools 6.5.7 box?!? How do I stop 
this?

My Squid cache is disabled, at least via the web admin, but the danged cache 
keeps trying to start and logs at a frantic pace. It filled my HD and moments 
after I deleted the 3.52 GigaByte cache.log, I already had this:
