The path is very strange. There is no /Library/WebServer/Library/Logs. Is there another webserver that you had installed prior to iTools? There is some problem with Apache 2.0.x, the rotatelogs would send out error which could potentially hung Apache. The current solution is to disable rotated log, and this issue is fixed in the upcoming iTools 7.1. Hope this helps.
