Itools Crashed..

Last eavening I had my itools 7 server decide to stop running httpd.

After I restarted apache it was ok again, although this was the system log
error.
Ideas? Reccomendations..

Besides for this it was running great... Didn't know if their was an
upcoming fix for such things..
