i try to different ways.

1. update itools with running disk utility after installation. then creating a new user.

2. only updating itools without running disk utility. then creating a new user.

by both the same effect.
- no login -


i have no idea.
and no response from tenon.

Hi again,
        Have you tried running the iTools installer, then just trying FTP login
for a new user? My understanding is that the Apple Disk Utility might
mangle necessary permissions for the iTools FTP settings. --
