Could you elaborate just a little? (I know the Server Settings isn't
normally something I should use alongside iTools, but I was
troubleshooting.)
Changing the ftp.darwin filename to ftp did solve the problem of the
"indeterminate ftp state" alert when I restarted and looked at Server
Settings.
However, the alert came back as soon as I reinstalled iTools.
Could you please describe how to change the /etc/hosts file regarding the
hostname resolution. I don't intend to run the DNS server portion of
iTools, though if I have to to solve this, I suppose I will.
Also, I installed Post.Office but then changed my mind about running both my
mail services and web services on the same machine, so I uninstalled, but
the iTools Manager still tells me to use the web interface to administer
Post.Office when I click on the Mail icon.
Thanks,
-Cy
