quicktime

I am on iTools 7 on osx client. I thought that the Apache came with 
Quicktime mime installed and that this mime would run the Quicktime 
mpeg 4 files.  I just migrated a site and all the QT come up as 
unsupported media.

Does QT have to be enabled on each domain and if it is in the mime 
list will it run QT 6 or is there a special code? Right now I have a 
site with broken icons.
