Trouble on the SSL Minnow with Ginger and MaryAnn

Dear Eric Yang and the iToolers(my favorite internet band),

I purchased the SSL cert for abc.com correctly this time, and installed
it per the instructions in the itools7_MacOSX_Guide.pdf user manual.(See 
Below)

The cert was renamed to 

109.146.182.124 which is the IP address of the entire server, the 
DNS Server, and the IP address for abc.com for which the cert was
purchased.

The nameserver for the machine is

cw.abc.com

Log in is 

http://cw.abc.com/itools_admin

Restarted the machine and all of the websites that the server serves 
would no longer come up.  In fact I was unable to pull up much less log 
into the itools_admin web page gui at all.

Everything crashed.

The instructions I followed in the guide on pg. 133 were

Rename the certificate to "xx.xx.xx.xx.crt" (where
<xx.xx.xx.xx> is the IP address of the virtual host for
which the certificate was generated), and place the
official certificate in the WebServer/tenon/ssl/certs
folder. The official certificate will replace the
temporary self-signed certificate generated by iTools
for use prior to receipt of the official certificate.

With that exercise having completely failed, I next I changed the name of the 
cert from 
109.146.182.124.crt to abc.com.crt.  This time, all of the websites worked 
after a restart 
except for 

http://www.abc.com

I noticed that the port for abc.com changed from 80 to 443 in the itools_admin 
web 
GUI under the Virtual Host Configuration section.

While its been great living here on a deserted tropical island with Ginger and 
Maryann,
intellectually I am just plain bored.

Please help me get the SSL Minnow server working again so that we can all make 
it back to
the mainland and civilization.
