Hi Rob,

Some FTP program uses Passive FTP ports, which means it will choose 
ports at random for FTP data connections.  In iTools 7, the default 
port range is 49152-65534.  You need to make sure that those ports 
are open to the outside world, if you have a firewall on your server 
or routers.  Hope this is helpful.
