Moving SSL from WebSTAR to iTools

I have 5 SSL certificates from Thawte that are currently served with WebSTAR
4.5. I'm going to download new versions, but I'm not sure which option to
choose:

- Standard Certificate Format
- Netscape CodeSigning Format
- Microsoft Authenticode Format
- PKCS #7 Certificate Chain
- PEM Message Header Format

Secondly, I need to know if my Private Keys generated by WebSTAR's CSR
utility will work with iTools 7.1/Apache 2.0.47.
