Hi,

In /Library/Tenon/AdminServer/bin/Register.pm, there are probably two lines of

use MySQL; # 0.1

delete one of the lines should solve the problem.

You also need to check /Library/Tenon/System/Configuration/Services 
and /Library/Tenon/System/Configuration/StartUp for duplicated lines 
regarding MySQL.
