Hi Peter,

This procedure does not replace Apache.  It's missing the make 
install command at end of the compile for Apache.  Therefore, it's 
very important that you use Apache 1.3.27 for the compile. 
Otherwise, the existing iTools Apache 1.3.27 won't be able to load 
the mod_perl.so module.
