Can you login into iTools Admin Server and check for System Status.
If it says OpenSSL 0.9.7b, then you need to download the latest 
iTools 7.1 disk image and run it as an update on your system.  There 
were a few people got the 0.9.7b version of OpenSSL and that is the 
source of the problem.  IE for Mac isn't up to date with OpenSSL 
0.9.7 series.  Hope this helps.
