The Q30020901 was posted one week ago.  If your system is telling you 
it is up-to-date, it is.

And, yes, our policy is to incorporate updates in the full download 
as soon as they are available.

If your system says it's up-to-date, then you have all the latest updates.

You need to be more specific about any stability problems.  iTools 7 
is very robust. The only issue we discovered was the well-known issue 
with non-threaded PHP libraries and the threaded module of Apache 2. 
This issue was fixed by the September 3rd Q30020901 patch.
