Yes, in some cases. In my case I am beating around the bush of ITools 
supplied PHP package an IMAP functions, PostOffice that doesn't want 
to let me direct emails to a script (so called "Program Delivery") 
and the main reason for all that is that iTools created file 
configuration that is different from standard, so usual methods don't 
work and PostOffice, although claiming to support all that sendmail 
does, still doesn't.

And the last drop - last time your people wanted to charge me $100 
per hour to make PostOfice and iTools configuration perform the task 
that would take a few minutes to achieve on standard Apache and PHP 
configuration.

I'm really amazed - I was your devoted customer for more that 5 years 
probably now.
